Excited and sad...Well I'm sad because I spent two weeks falling in absolute love with Buttons only to find out she's far too small for me (even though I already knew it, I just wanted to ignore it in hope that it would go away.) I'm not overweight, actually the past two years I've been teased for being too thin. RAWR. but I've got rather long legs. So I'm extremely depressed because I love Buttons to death, but she's not for me.
But on the other hand, I've been riding a lovely mare called Philadelphia. She's a bay with dapples, 15.3 (Buttons was only 14.3) She's 14years old and she passed her vet check with flying colors. I'm buying her tomorrow
and she'll take me right to Grade 2 State Dressage Champs. But I'm just gonna stick at Grade 3, don't want to push her too much and I don't think I'm quite ready for it yet. Also she's been out of work for the last year so she's UBER fat! and all she's been on is grass, she is morbidly obese! Not a good look people.Well talk more later.
